2022Conner Lee Cabernet Sauvignon
2022Conner Lee Cabernet Sauvignon
Spinel color, subtle red staining, medium-plus color intensity with crimson staining. On the nose, Petrichor, Garrigue, fennel, spruce wood, bright red ripe cherries, , espresso bean. The palate welcomes with a wild red currant, cranberry, espresso bean, subtle elderflower, finishes with Cornelian cherry juice towards the end of the palate. Featherlight bright acidity up front, soft mid-palate reminiscent of hibiscus petal. The finishing length is long for this wine, with flavors of slate, leather, and nutmeg lingering. - Ian King, Wine Educator
