The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Heart of the Hill Vineyard offers more minerality and structure, with some classic Red Mountain minerality in its red and black fruits as well as notes of gravelly earth and tobacco. Full-bodied, concentrated, and layered in the palate, it has terrific tannins, and I love its overall balance.
